We offer a "Serviced Apartments" concept: instead of a cramped hotel room, you live in a fully equipped apartment of 55-70 m². You have your own kitchen, household appliances, a washing machine, and a spacious living room. You enjoy the freedom of your own home without breakfast queues or noisy animation shows. At the same time, you can benefit from all the facilities of the complex (pool, sauna, coworking, beach, etc.) and receive concierge support for any questions you may have.
Our property is located right on the seafront (first line); we are only 50 meters away from the sea. Right across from us is a public beach with a mix of fine pebbles and sand. The entrance to the sea is shallow. In addition, you can reach the famous Adrasan beach and other pristine bays in 10-15 minutes by car (we assist with transportation or car rentals).
Delivery service from local restaurants directly to your apartment is available. Additionally, excellent steak houses and fish restaurants are located within a 5-minute distance. If you prefer a home-cooked meal, your kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and all necessary utensils are available).
Yes. We know the importance of an uninterrupted connection. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi and a power generator are available both in the apartments and in the common areas (including the pool); so you won't experience any outages. You can also freely use our quiet and comfortable Coworking area, which is included in the accommodation fee.
Yes. We provide 24/7 service. If you inform us in advance, our manager or complex security will welcome you no matter what time you arrive at night. The complex is gated and secure. You can stay peacefully with your family. You can write to us on WhatsApp for any questions, from calling a taxi to reaching a doctor.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights. You can stay for 1 night if you wish, but the payment will be charged for 3 nights.
Our 2+1 apartments have a sleeping capacity of 5 people: Double bed + single bed in the children/guest room + sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Bunk bed options are also available in some apartments (please ask during reservation). Ideal accommodation: 2 adults + 3 children or 3 adults + 2 children.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our facility.

No, there is no need. We provide a full set of textile products (bed linen, bath, hand, and foot towels) for each of our guests. A hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack are available in every apartment. We only recommend bringing your own beach towel or obtaining one here.
Yes. Our kitchens are equipped as "Turnkey". A full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker/turkish coffee pot, and dishwasher are available. A dining and service set for 6 people is also ready.
There is a washing machine in every apartment. We provide a starter pack (dishwasher tablet, detergent, sponge, soap) upon check-in. For long-term stays, our guests purchase their own detergent and groceries.
Your apartment is delivered to you spotlessly clean upon check-in. Since this is a private residence concept, daily room cleaning is not included in the price. You can do the cleaning yourself (a vacuum cleaner and equipment are available in the apartment) or request professional cleaning from the reception for an additional fee.
Yes. Unlike standard rental houses in Turkey, electricity, water, and internet are included in the price at Orange Premium Residence (for short-term rentals). You will not encounter a surprise bill or meter payment at check-out.
Yes. To confirm the reservation, 20% of the total amount is charged. Please note: This prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. The remaining balance is paid during check-in.
Yes, we collect a refundable damage deposit (usually €100-200 or equivalent) upon check-in against the possibility of damage to the property. If there are no issues during the checks at check-out, your deposit will be refunded instantly.
Yes. Finike's water is very clean compared to other regions, and locals usually drink tap water (it tastes like spring water). However, if you prefer, you can order bottled water delivery or buy bottled water from the market, which is a 5-minute walk away.
If you want to visit the surrounding areas (Demre, Kas, Olympos), a car would be good, but it is not essential for living. Supermarkets (Migros, BIM, etc.), a pharmacy, and cafes are within a 5-10 minute walking distance. Additionally, rental electric bicycles are available at our property. You can take the buses going to Finike center or Antalya from the station right in front of the complex.
