Protection and Processing of Personal Data

As Orange Premium, we show maximum sensitivity to the security and privacy of your personal data. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you as the data controller.

1. Data Controller

In accordance with KVKK, your personal data may be processed by Orange Premium as the data controller within the scope described below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed limited to the following purposes:

  • Providing our services, managing reservation and accommodation processes,
  • Improving user experience and finalizing your requests swiftly,
  • Fulfilling legal obligations (Identity Reporting System notifications to the General Directorate of Security, etc.),
  • Execution of campaigns, commercial electronic messages, and marketing activities (subject to your consent).

3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through our website, reservation forms, call center, or physical channels, either fully or partially by automated means or non-automated means provided they are part of any data recording system.

Legal Reason: It relies on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law: "Establishment and performance of a contract", "Legal obligation of the data controller", and "Your explicit consent".

4. To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

5. Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Law

As a personal data owner, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist.

You can submit your requests within the scope of the Law in writing or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or your e-mail address previously notified to us and registered in our systems.
